Summit Home Care is a NYS licensed home care agency that services all 5 Boroughs of NYC and Long Island. We currently have adult and pediatric patients in Bronx that need exceptional,compassionate, and reliable Home Health Aides!

Home Health Aide (HHA) Responsibilities:
- Daily personal care (bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, etc.)
- Assist with the daily living activities per the Plan of Care
- Monitor patients and report on their condition
- Help with patient meals and feeding, as well as basic housekeeping functions
- Accompany the patient to doctor's visits, shopping, and other errands
Home Health Aide (HHA) Requirements:
- Must have New York State Home Health Aide Certificate
- Government Issued ID, Social Security Card Work Authorization, if needed
- 2 Reference Letters
- Recent Physical
- TB Screening (Quantiferon preferred)
- Rubella Rubeola titer lab work
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem
