Job Summary:
A healthcare organization is seeking qualified candidates for a Resource Pool position covering all Medsurg, Step Down, and Telemetry units within the medical center in Morgantown, West Virginia. The successful candidate will provide adaptable clinical support across multiple units, requiring flexibility and a broad skill set. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work.

Job Details:

• Location: Morgantown, West Virginia
• Specialty: Step Down Unit
• Shift: Night shifts on weekends, specifically a cluster of Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Saturday, Sunday, Monday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active license (willing to wait), ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), 2 years of relevant experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Epic electronic medical record experience, Level 1 trauma experience, prior travel or permanent experience at least one year removed if previously employed at the facility, well-rounded and strong skills in Step Down, Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General Medicine, and Oncology units
• Additional Information: Candidates must meet individual unit requirements listed in pulse, and travel team submissions must be coordinated and submitted together in a single email. Only two candidates can be submitted per opening, and submissions are limited across the entire WVU system. Drivers license address must be outside 50 miles from the facility. Previous candidates should have been off for at least two years if they have been employed here before, and past travelers must have been gone for a full year before reapplying.
