Compass Group USA is seeking an extraordinary Assistant General Manager to lead the prestigious Delta One Lounge at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), where luxury hospitality, elevated culinary experiences, and personalized service come together to redefine premium Must have experience in Michelin-starred, Michelin-recognized, Forbes-rated, or equivalent luxury fine dining establishments 3-5 years of upscale fine dining experience, including at least 2 years in a management or leadership role Strong expertise in luxury food and beverage operations, including wine, spirits, cocktail programs, and elevated dining service Demonstrated success leading high-performing Front-of-House teams in premium hospitality environments Ability to deliver white-glove service standards and create memorable guest experiences for discerning clientele What You'll Do Recruit, train, coach, and develop Front-of-House associates to deliver exceptional fine dining service Foster a culture of hospitality excellence and guest-first service Lead daily pre-shift meetings and drive team engagement Manage scheduling, payroll, labor controls, inventory, and beverage cost management Coordinate reservation systems, seating plans, and service flow to maximize guest satisfaction Maintain luxury-level dining room presentation and cleanliness standards Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency Support special events, activations, and elevated dining experiences #J-18808-Ljbffr
