Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a busy team in Fargo, North Dakota through a Long-term Contract assignment. This position is well suited for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling high-volume administrative tasks in a fast-paced setting. The role will focus on invoice validation, accrual review, accurate record updates, and data support tied to ongoing operational projects.
A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully. Responsibilities:Examine incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with supporting documentation.
Check accrual-related details and confirm that financial information is recorded correctly.
Enter and update data in internal systems with a high degree of speed and precision.
Assist with maintaining clean, organized, and reliable records across administrative databases.
Support project-related administrative activities to help keep documentation current and accessible.
Use Microsoft Office tools to prepare, track, and manage routine administrative information.
Identify discrepancies in records and escalate issues when corrections or clarification are needed. At least 1 year of experience in an administrative support or office-based role.
Prior hands-on experience reviewing invoices in a detail-focused work environment.
Strong data entry skills with consistent attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with accruals and accounts payable processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to stay organized and adjust priorities in a fast-paced work setting. xhqgsiq
Strong written and verbal communication skills for day-to-day coordination.
