Role Overview
Join Woodside Place Assisted Living LLC as a Universal Caregiver ! We are seeking a compassionate, reliable team member to support our residents and create a warm, welcoming home environment.
This role offers great flexibility with a part-time schedule of 16–20 hours per week , perfect for balancing work and personal commitments.
Key Job Details
- Hours: 16–20 hours per week (Part-Time)
- Shifts: Flexible shift options available
- Schedule: Weekend availability required (some weekend shifts)
What You’ll Do
- Personal Care: Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting with dignity and respect.
- Mobility & Health Support: Help residents safely transfer, stay active, and receive timely medication reminders.
- Meals & Living Space: Prepare simple meals and assist with routine housekeeping tasks to keep resident spaces clean and safe.
- Resident Engagement: Build meaningful connections through daily interaction, companionship, and community activities.
- Team Communication: Maintain a safe environment and effectively report updates to the care team.
What We’re Looking For
- A compassionate heart and dedicated work ethic
- Ability to work 16–20 hours weekly with flexibility for weekend shifts
- Strong communication skills and empathy for senior care
