HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator supports employee record management, HRIS transactions, and onboarding, recruiting and benefits administration. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, generalized HR knowledge (labor laws, HR policies, and procedures), and be able to effectively support the below: o Drug test ordering and supplies sent to facilities o Compliance poster ordering and sent to facilities o Validation of onboarding compliance activities for benefits administration o Confirm Wage Theft Prevention acknowledgment in Workday o DOT employment verifications o Worker's compensation reporting o Occupational Employment Wage and Statistics reporting We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
