We are currently supporting a confidential search for an HR Coordinator to join a growing organization in Dallas, Texas (Plano area). This role will provide critical administrative support to the HR function, with a primary focus on employee records management, file organization, and onboarding/offboarding administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting HR operations behind the scenes while ensuring employee information remains accurate, compliant, and well maintained. **This is a short-term temp assignment - approx. 3 months. Onsite. What You'll Do Consolidate and organize historical employee files and HR documentation Convert paper personnel records into electronic employee files while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is complete, organized, and up to date Process employee onboarding and offboarding activities within ADP Assist with new hire paperwork, employee status changes, and personnel record updates Conduct routine audits of employee files and HR records to ensure compliance and data integrity Support document retention and record management processes Respond to employee inquiries related to HR documentation and administrative processes Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with special projects as needed What You Bring 1–3 years of Human Resources, HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or related administrative experience Experience maintaining employee files and HR documentation Familiarity with HRIS systems; ADP experience is strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional who enjoys administrative work, process support, and maintaining accurate employee records.
