What you bring:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience or interest in working with K-12 student caseloads
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators and families
- Commitment to evidence-based therapy approaches and individualized student care
- Organizational skills to manage documentation and progress reporting
- Ability to adapt treatment plans based on student goals and IEP requirements
- Flexibility with scheduling, open to full-time or part-time commitment
What you’ll do:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary, middle, and high school students
- Evaluate, diagnose, and implement therapy plans addressing diverse communication needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and IEP compliance
- Engage families by sharing strategies, progress updates, and educational resources
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school guidelines
- Participate in student assessments, team meetings, and professional development
