Overseas Operations Specialist - Indonesia
Shanghai Chuanglan Yunzhi Information Technology Co., Ltd.
- Indonesian nationality, with a bachelor's degree or above.
- Possess HSK Level 4 Chinese proficiency, proficient in Chinese communication, reading, and writing.
- Overseas operation related work experience is preferred, familiar with the development trend of Indonesia market and Internet industry.
- Possess good bilingual communication skills in Indonesian and Chinese, including oral and written expression.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Docs.
- Possess strong data analysis skills and be able to apply data-driven operational decision-making.
- Possess good teamwork spirit, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities, and be able to work in a multicultural environment.
- Innovative mindset, able to adjust operational strategies in a timely manner according to market changes. 1. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of Indonesian users, answering user inquiries, handling user feedback, and ensuring user satisfaction.
- Use data analysis tools to gain a deeper understanding of the behavior habits and needs of Indonesian users, develop personalized user operation plans, and improve user engagement and retention rates.
- Establish good cooperative relationships with local user communities and opinion leaders in Indonesia to expand user resources.
- Maintain close communication and collaboration with internal departments such as product, technology, and sales, provide timely feedback on the needs and issues of the Indonesian market, and promote product optimization and business process improvement.
- Participate in cross departmental projects, coordinate resources from all parties, and ensure the smooth progress of the project in the Indonesian market.
