Hiring: Digital Marketing & Content Creator
Location: Farmers Branch, TX
Shift: Monday–Friday (Some Nights & Weekends)

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Digital Marketing & Content Creator (Senior Specialist) is responsible for owning end-to-end content creation and execution for Yogurtland’s digital channels , with a primary focus on producing high-quality, engaging, and performance-driven content across social and digital platforms .

This is a hands-on, execution-first role requiring an experienced creator who can independently concept, script, shoot, edit, and publish content at speed and scale , ensuring all outputs align with brand standards, campaign objectives, and franchise needs.

In addition to daily content production, this role contributes to content strategy development, campaign alignment, performance optimization , leveraging data and insights to continuously improve engagement, brand relevance, and business impact.

The ideal candidate operates with strong ownership, minimal oversight, and a high bar for creative quality , while continuously evolving Yogurtland’s content presence through innovation, trend awareness, and operational excellence .

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing and hands-on content creation , preferably within QSR, retail, or franchise environments
• Proven experience producing high-performing social media content , particularly short-form video
• Strong familiarity with social platforms and content publishing tools
• Experience using AI tools for content creation and editing strongly preferred
• Understanding of content trends, storytelling, audience engagement, and brand positioning

Proficiency in tools such as:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects)
• Canva
• CapCut or similar video editing tools
