Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and manage complex air‑to‑air refueling programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management, deep knowledge of air‑to‑air refueling systems, and experience supporting OCONUS operations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage cross‑functional teams to deliver on‑time and within budget. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full‑time exempt position with typical working hours supporting the Department of War Operations Center. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs. Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on‑call and available, as business needs require.
