Description - Your Role

• Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform preventive maintenance and calibration on state-of-the-art lab equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and sample preparation as necessary.
• Meticulously document procedures, train new staff, and help maintain high laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a corresponding allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hiring.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
