Assistant Controller - Aerospace Manufacturing

Reports To: VP Finance Location: Kent, WA Type: Exempt, Full-Time Schedule: 100% Onsite Role Overview The Assistant Controller is a key financial role supporting the VP Finance in establishing and maintaining financial policies, procedures, controls, metrics, and reporting. The position will manage monthly close processes, generate operational reporting, provide analytical support on production metrics, and directly manage finance team members. Responsibilities include partnering with the VP Finance to ensure the timely and accurate presentation of financial reports, working cross‑functionally to drive organizational improvement, and supporting internal and external auditors to maintain proper internal controls and compliance with SOX, GAAP, and other regulatory requirements.
