Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Description Project Planning & Coordination: Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost‑effective completion. Contract & Compliance Management: Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, permits, and regulatory compliance to align with project requirements. Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality. Subcontractor & Vendor Oversight: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and work progress. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders through regular updates and meetings. Site & Safety Management: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, conducting site inspections and enforcing safety protocols. Problem‑Solving & Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and proactively develop solutions to mitigate issues before they escalate. Team Leadership & Supervision: Direct and support project teams, including superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals. Quality Assurance: Oversee work quality and adherence to project specifications, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.
