This role will develop recruitment strategies and identify recruiting challenges that may potentially impact the talent pipeline and/or candidate assessment/engagement.Division/Program Overview:The TAS acts as the central point of contact for recruitment reporting and outcomes related to their assigned region/program and is accountable for the provision of relevant data and reports to key stakeholders. The TAS will be responsible for our East region including Ontario and Victorville.
