Legal Operations Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Legal Operations Analyst for a part-time contract role. As our Legal Operations Analyst/Legal Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our legal projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with our legal team to plan, execute, and monitor the progress of our legal projects, ensuring that all objectives and deliverables are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Coordinate and monitor the progress of legal projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Assign resources and tasks to team members, ensuring they have clear objectives and deadlines
• Manage and mitigate risks and issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and manage expectations
• Conduct regular project status meetings to ensure all team members are aligned and informed
• Prepare and present reports on project progress, including key metrics and analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Legal Operations Analyst/Legal Project Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and principles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
