Litigation Legal Assistant

Litigation Legal Assistant - Fort Lauderdale What You'll Do:
- Manage attorney calendars, correspondence, client intake, and case files.
- Draft, prepare, and finalize pleadings in accordance with state and federal court rules.
- Assist with e-filing, discovery, and case management including trial prep and depositions.
- Coordinate with vendors, manage exhibits, privilege logs, and production deadlines.
- Provide organizational and legal support at trial (jury selection, exhibits, witness coordination).
- Track and record billable time in 3E, process expenses, and support AR collections.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in commercial litigation.
- Strong knowledge of Florida e-filing (state and federal courts).
- E-Discovery and Relativity experience a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume caseloads.
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- Ability to manage attorney schedules and deadlines with precision.
