Litigation Associate

Job Description: An established boutique law firm specializing in community association law seeks a Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who is passionate about litigation and eager to develop expertise in the representation of condominium, homeowners, and cooperative associations across Florida. The firm's approach combines solid legal counsel with practical, real-world solutions to help clients navigate challenges efficiently and effectively. With over six decades of combined partner experience, the firm emphasizes prompt client communication, exceptional work quality, and a highly organized and supportive work environment. Firm leadership includes highly experienced and board-certified attorneys who are recognized leaders in the legal community, regularly conducting educational courses and seminars in the field of Community Association Law. - Manage litigation matters.
- Represent community associations in a wide range of legal proceedings.
- Collaborate closely with a team of experienced attorneys and dedicated support staff.
- Participate actively in ongoing professional development through comprehensive training programs.
- Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- 3 to 5 years of litigation experience preferred.
- Prior experience in Community Association Law (CAL) is a plus, but not required.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
- Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, up to $125,000 .
- Training and mentorship.
- 15% commission on any new business generated.
- Year-end holiday bonus and annual salary increases.
- Health and dental insurance effective immediately upon hire.
- Paid time off : two weeks of vacation and accrual of ½ sick day per month.
- In-office position with a billing requirement of 100-125 hours per month.
