Intake & Community Outreach Specialist

Daybreak Independent Services, Inc. is seeking an Intake Outreach Specialist to promote programs and build referral relationships in the Bronx and surrounding areas. You will serve as the liaison with OPWDD agencies, CCOS, schools, hospitals, and families, supporting enrollment and program awareness. You will conduct outreach, presentations, and meetings, coordinate referrals with the Intake Specialist, and ensure timely processing while maintaining confidentiality and professional #J-18808-Ljbffr Daybreak Independent Services, Inc.
