The Department of Neurology and the Neurosciences Institute within our organization is on the lookout for fellowship-trained, Board Certified or Board Eligible Vascular Neurologists. This is a remarkable chance to engage in academic vascular neurology at a facility recognized among the "Top 100" Stroke Hospitals in the nation and designated as a Comprehensive Stroke Center by New York State.

Position Highlights

• Academic Environment: Participate in impactful teaching and mentorship for medical students, neurology residents, and vascular neurology fellows at Albany Medical College, one of the oldest private medical schools in the country.
• Clinical Scope: Engage in a well-rounded mix of inpatient and outpatient care, supported by skilled Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), with a flexible on-call schedule.
• Collaborative Team: Become part of a multidisciplinary team that includes vascular neurologists, neurointensivists, neurosurgeons, stroke-trained nurse practitioners, and a dedicated neuroendovascular team available around the clock.
