Position Summary The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily warehouse shipping and receiving activities, supporting customer orders, and serving as a communication hub between customers, truck drivers, warehouse personnel, and management. This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials are received accurately, shipments are prepared correctly, and customers receive timely service. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. Key Responsibilities Receive and process inbound material shipments Generate and print shipping labels, bills of lading, and related documentation Prepare and distribute daily pull sheets and work orders for warehouse personnel Coordinate truck pickups and delivery appointments Communicate directly with truck drivers regarding loading, unloading, and scheduling requirements Track customer orders and shipment status Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records within SAP or similar software systems Assist customers and carriers with shipment inquiries and updates Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time Support daily operational planning and scheduling activities Maintain organized shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, transportation, warehousing, customer service, or a related field Experience with SAP or similar ERP/logistics software preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel Ability to prioritize work and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy What Success Looks Like Shipments are processed accurately and on schedule Drivers, customers, and warehouse personnel receive timely and professional communication Shipping documents and inventory records remain accurate and organized Daily operational activities run smoothly and efficiently Team members can depend on you to stay organized, communicate clearly, and follow through on commitments Why RET?
