$5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Lead a high-performing Parts Department with one of Northern California's premier Acura dealerships.

Marin Acura is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to oversee every aspect of our Parts Department. This opportunity is available due to the retirement of a long-tenured manager, giving the right candidate the opportunity to step into a well-established department with a loyal customer base and strong dealership support.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who understands inventory management, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team development. If you enjoy building efficient processes, supporting technicians, and delivering exceptional service, we'd like to meet you.

• Lead the daily operations of the Parts Department.
• Manage inventory to maintain excellent fill rates while minimizing obsolescence.
• Develop and coach Parts Department employees to achieve outstanding performance.
• Build strong relationships with technicians, service advisors, vendors, wholesale accounts, and retail customers.
• Monitor purchasing, receiving, stocking, returns, warranty parts, and inventory accuracy.
• Analyze department performance, inventory turns, gross profit, and expense control.
• Ensure the right part is available at the right time to support efficient shop operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional department that reflects the Marin Acura brand.
• Partner with dealership leadership to continuously improve customer satisfaction and profitability.

• Previous experience as an Automotive Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager.
• Strong knowledge of dealership parts operations and inventory management.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds ERA Ignite is preferred.
• Acura, Honda, or other import luxury franchise experience is a plus.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to operational excellence.
