PERM PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Salary range: $41-45 per hour. 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday. 1 shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM). Primary classification: P‑PT. Position located in Woodmont area. Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality physical therapy assessments and treatment plans. Develop and execute individualized therapy programs aligned with patient goals. Ensure compliance with safety, ethical, and regulatory standards. Document progress notes and maintain accurate patient records per policy. Track patient outcomes and adjust plans to optimize recovery timelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and referrals. Engage in continuous learning to stay current with therapy best practices. Demonstrate measurable results through weekly reports and KPI tracking. Participate in pipeline planning to identify and pursue growth opportunities. Provide patient and family education to support at‑home care. Mentor junior staff or interns to foster team development. Experience & Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist with valid state license. Provide comprehensive PT assessments and individualized treatment plans.
