Our clinical staff only see 7-12 patients per day, never the 15-24. We are seeking a inpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our hospital team in Victorville, CA! This is a full‑time position. You will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and other evidence-based interventions. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care. Direct and supervise PT aids. Qualifications Passion around serving others! California license as a Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain license. AHA BLS required. Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapist Assistants encouraged to apply. About Compensation: $35 - $43/hour + $2K Sign on Bonus, paid continued education, 401(K) with a 4% employer match, generous PTO, plus full benefits package.
