Requirements

• Active California RN License
• BLS
• ACLS

• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience (within the last 3 years)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• 2 years of recent ICU experience
• CCRN Certification
• Experience with Dialysis, SLED, or equivalent

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill adult patients in the ICU.
• Assess, monitor, and manage patients requiring intensive care.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, ventilators, and other life-support equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document all patient care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital standards.
