Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a hospital-based critical care position requiring a CA RN license and ACLS certification.

Details

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital setting
• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
• Uses EPIC EMR system

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent ICU experience within the last 3 years
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
• 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience preferred
• NIH Stroke Scale Certificate preferred
• CCRN certification preferred
• Dialysis or SLED experience preferred
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• Licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration; pending credentials not accepted

Additional Information

• Provide critical care nursing to ICU patients in a hospital tower setting
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travel candidates
