Description: New graduates are welcome to apply. We are looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist. Home health experience is preferred but not required. Assigned county territory includes multiple areas. Two options are available: guaranteed hours or non-guaranteed hours. For guaranteed hours, a productivity target of at least 27 points per week is required. The guarantee includes 36 hours per week. Travelers must complete 27 points each week to maintain the guarantee. Willingness to travel outside the area or work weekends is required to meet weekly visit expectations. Refusing patients may affect the guaranteed hours. The guarantee does not apply for the first and last week of the assignment, or during holidays, or if the traveler has time off. For non-guaranteed hours, weekend coverage may be required. Travelers may need to go outside the service area to secure a full caseload. Patients can be refused without affecting hours. Payment is made on a per-visit basis. Visit types and their point conversions are specified. Hours are approved on a per-visit basis. Each point generally converts to hours worked. The rate is inclusive of all travel, visit, documentation, and communication time. All requested time off must be disclosed during the application submission. Post-confirmation time off additions will not be approved. Compliance with all submission requirements is mandatory.
