No prior radon experience? No problem. We provide paid training. Primary Objective & Transferable Tasks:

• Get Work Done: Safely route PVC piping systems, operate basic power tools to mount inline fans, and seal system entry points.
• Prepare Logistically: Proactively review job specs to determine needed materials, tools, and equipment to efficiently load your truck.
• Make Customers Happy: Keep the customer's home clean, take pride in leaving it better than you found it.
• Prioritize Safety: Ensure all structural adjustments are performed safely, strictly adhering to team safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are mandatory for driving company vehicles.
• Licensing: No specific trade license required to start.
• Huge Bonus: Existing licensure or certification in Radon Mitigation or Radon Measurement (NRPP / NRSB) is highly preferred and commands higher starting pay.
• Physical Demands: Ability to handle physical field labor, including climbing ladders, lifting equipment, and working comfortably in tight spaces (crawlspaces/attics).

Compensation: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour Georgia Radon Defense is an indoor air quality company with a focus on radon mitigation. Radon is the 2nd leading cause of lung cancer in the United States, causing 21,000 preventable deaths every year. Our work prevents lung cancer deaths.
