• Verify insurance coverage and process patient information.
• Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage patient files and ensure confidentiality of records.
• Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with administrative tasks and office organization.
