Associate Director of Program Management

Virtual Vocations Inc

Managing client relationships and overseeing program operations, the full-time remote Associate Director of Program Management will supervise daily workflows, coordinate patient assistance program requirements, and analyze program metrics to drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily workflow with leadership and manage client relationships Examine metrics and reporting daily for all program activities and facilitate communication for program changes Ensure compliance with program-specific SOP management and assist with program change requests Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Previous management experience required 5 years related experience in the service and/or information industries Strong understanding of the Specialty Pharmacy industry and its integration with manufacturers and payors Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
