A passionate pragmatist about the company's success, growth, and program quality.The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:Quality and Process ImprovementCollect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes affecting service quality, compliance, and outcomesCollaborate with leadership and teams to design, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiativesDevelop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures and process workflowsSupport the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) across business areasPromote organization-wide consistency in processes, safety practices, and risk mitigationEvaluate and report on the effectiveness of initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.Data and ReportingDevelop and distribute regular reports and dashboards to leadership and key stakeholdersPartner with IT and operations teams to ensure data integrity and functionality of reporting toolsAssist with audits, compliance reviews, and ad hoc data requestsTranslate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that inform organizational strategyCollaboration, Leadership and CommunicationServe as a liaison among teams, compliance, and leadership to promote best practicesFacilitate quality reviews, action planning, and follow-up on findings, near misses, and improvement opportunitiesMaintain dotted-line communication with back-office departments to ensure alignment and accountability across shared processesSupport staff training and awareness initiatives related to compliance, quality, and safetyCommunicate clearly across departments to ensure consistent implementation of initiatives across all states and programsCorporate CitizenPractice ruthless pragmatismEngage in peer-to-peer feedbackKnow and live the Necco Corporate Culture PrinciplesEmbody the three essential virtues of humble, hungry and smartDrive your Individual Performance ScorecardAdhere to and contribute to the Necco meeting structurePosition QualificationsMinimum of 21 years of ageHigh School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred2+ years of experience in a related fieldStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify, interpret, and communicate data trendsDemonstrated ability to solve operational and organizational challenges tactfully and effectivelySelf-starter who operates with minimal supervision and high accountabilityExcellent written and oral communication skillsValid driver's license and 100/300/100 auto insurance coverageWillingness to travel and complete training as requiredSuccessful completion of all required criminal background checksAt Necco, we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable work environment.
