The Managing Director serves as a trusted strategic partner to Tarisio's Directors and leadership, with oversight for key departments, including Finance. Working across Tarisio's global offices, the role helps shape priorities, lead important initiatives, and translate long-term vision into action by bringing teams and functions together around shared goals. A significant part of the role is providing leadership and direction to Tarisio's people, developing key leaders, and creating an environment where employees take ownership, work collaboratively, and follow through on commitments. The Managing Director also ensures the company has the structures and processes needed to support continued growth, identifying opportunities to strengthen how the business operates, introducing new approaches where needed, and leading meaningful improvements through implementation.
