Inspect products for quality and adherence to specifications. Assist in the assembly and packaging of products. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors. Participate in training and development programs as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed. Physical ability to lift and move products as required.
