Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join a well-established mid-size general contractor in Orlando. This is a team that genuinely takes care of its people, recognizes hard work, and invests in helping employees grow their careers over the long term. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will support marketing initiatives, manage proposal production, and help the team track and pursue new business opportunities. What You'll Do

• Conduct market research on new markets and bid opportunities, and maintain competitor dossiers
• Track and identify new business opportunities using industry bid platforms and lead-tracking tools
• Maintain the company's project tracker, covering both new and current opportunities
• Support proposal production, including content development, proofreading, and editing
• Coordinate proposal submissions, including Requests for Information and required forms

What You'll Bring

• BS or MS in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience developing thought leadership and content programs, and executing paid and unpaid digital campaigns across channels such as SEM, programmatic, affiliate, and mobile app acquisition
• Understanding of SEO and web analytics, with the ability to create content that drives traffic
• Strong editing and writing skills, with impeccable attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
• Knowledge of InDesign required
• Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite preferred
