Job Title:Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) Location:9245 Quantrelle Ave, Otsego, MN 55330 Working Model: Onsite Employee Type: 1.0 FTE - Full Time Schedule: This position requires leading three evening groups each week and is fully onsite. As a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will provide counseling to individuals with substance use disorders, assessing their needs and developing personalized treatment plans. The role includes facilitating individual and group therapy, maintaining thorough documentation, and collaborating with other professionals to support client recovery. Strong communication, assessment skills, and knowledge of evidence-based practices and regulations are essential. This position requires leading three evening groups each week and is fully onsite. Requirements: Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor (LADC) with an active and unrestricted license in Minnesota or an ADC-T. Compensation: This is an exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $64,000 - $70,000 annually. *Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location. Estimates are factored on a 1.0 FTE. * Employees in these positions are W2.
