Our client is seeking an associate attorney with 2-4 years of litigation experience for their Construction Litigation Team.

About the Role

Defend clients in construction defect litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and evidentiary motions.
• Work closely with clients, insurers, and senior attorneys to develop case strategy and manage litigation budgets.
• Prepare for and participate in mediation, arbitration, and, when appropriate, trial.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Georgia Bar.
• 2–4 years of litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense, personal injury, or general liability.
• Strong deposition, writing, and case management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Litigation experience in insurance defense.
