Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) A growing telehealth practice is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services to clients across New York. In this role, you will meet with clients virtually, complete assessments, create treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapeutic support for individuals managing emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. This is a full-time position suited for an LCSW who is comfortable working independently while staying connected to a clinical team. Location: New York Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform Complete clinical assessments, intake documentation, and treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely client records in accordance with clinical standards Support clients with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and other presenting needs Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when clinically appropriate Follow privacy, ethics, and documentation requirements for telehealth care Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active New York LCSW license in good standing Previous clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Reliable internet connection and a private workspace Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and care Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an LCSW looking for a steady remote role where you can focus on meaningful client care, we encourage you to submit your application and take the next step in your clinical career. #J-18808-Ljbffr
