Position:

The Sales Support/House Account Representative plays a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to the sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support for the internal and external sales team, managing customer house accounts and overseeing data for our distribution partners. This role is a hands-on, fast-paced role that is perfect for someone who is looking to find a career with a rapidly expanding company. Communication, attention to detail, organization, and efficiency are key aspects to the role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in answering phones
• Provide customers and sales reps with order status updates, timelines, and general follow-up communication
• Process purchase orders, shipping quotes and communicate lead times for all customer house accounts
• Create and maintain load sheets for all distribution partners
• Assist with national account order management
• Liaison between sales and operations for all non-consumer custom order needs
• Assist shipping and warehousing of trade show assets
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Purchasing and Marketing) to support accurate order processing
• Maintain organized records and documentation to ensure accuracy and a smooth customer experience

What we are looking for:

Here at Sonic Tools, we are looking for a hard-working, reliable individual who is punctual, accountable, and a team player. Must have high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is a plus). Must be proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must have strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills (ability to handle customer concerns effectively). Must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
