Our facilities support high quality product manufacturing, and we provide a timely and flexible approach to meeting the needs of our customers.We are actively seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our Human Resources Department on 1st Shift (core schedule, Monday through Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm)Position OverviewThe Payroll Coordinator oversees assigned payroll operations, analyzes complex payroll issues, evaluates internal controls, and implements improvements to payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Candidates with relevant transferable experience may also be considered.Ability to read, interpret, and comprehend instructions, correspondence, policies, procedures, and technical information. Ability to communicate information effectively in one-on-one and small-group settings and prepare clear, accurate written documentation and reports.Ability to perform mathematical calculations using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; calculate rates, ratios, percentages, and variances; and analyze and interpret numerical data, reports, and graphs.
