Guest Experience Specialist - Front Desk

Atrium Hospitality

Atrium Hospitality is hiring for a Full-time Front Desk role at Madison Marriott in Middleton, WI. You will oversee front desk operations, check guests in and out with warmth, train new team members, and ensure lobby readiness.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, hospitality or leadership experience, and proficiency with hotel systems. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet is required.
