Customer Success Manager

Abbott seeks a Customer Success Manager for its Screening Business Unit in Madison, Wisconsin. The role focuses on account management, customer retention, and cross-functional coordination to optimize experience for strategic health system clients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for health system inquiries and workflow improvement identification for Screening Business Unit
- Drive customer engagement, retention, and growth in coordination with sales and business objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for strategic programs and process improvements
- Analyze account data and metrics to monitor account health and respond to clinical and operational challenges
- Collect and prioritize customer feedback; maintain knowledge of IDNs, disease states, and competitive landscape
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent; or high school diploma/GED plus 4 years relevant experience
- 4+ years customer service experience in medical, healthcare, or biotech sector
- 2+ years experience with customer relationship management systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and visualization
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Authorization to work in United States without sponsorship
Compensation: $61,300–$122,700 base
