Manage rollover equity, employment, and severance arrangements. Work on mergers and acquisitions involving privately held companies. Requirements 5+ years of relevant legal experience. Experience with IRC Sections 280G and 409A. Excellent academic credentials. Superior writing, oral communication, and analytical skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
