This is an exceptional opportunity for attorneys seeking sophisticated work, strong deal flow, and career progression within an elite platform.About the RoleThe firm is hiring associates with 1–5 years of experience representing lenders, borrowers, and/or private equity sponsors in debt financing transactions.Ideal BackgroundCandidates should have experience in some or all of the following:Secured lending transactionsDrafting and negotiating transaction documents, including issues listsManaging or supporting closingsArticle 9 of the UCCAcquisition financing, including commitment papersDebt securities offerings (e.g., high-yield or convertible notes)General corporate law exposureQualificationsJ.D. from a nationally recognized law schoolStrong academic credentialsTraining and experience from a large law firm environmentAbility to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyExcellent attention to detail and strong written communication skillsCompensation & BenefitsThe expected compensation range is $225,000–$365,000, depending on location, experience, and skillset.
