We’re looking for a driven Residential Fiber Sales Manager for this commission-based role, to lead and develop a high-performing residential sales team in a rapidly growing fiber market.

This is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys recruiting, coaching, setting the pace in the field, and building a team from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop residential fiber sales representatives
• Lead daily sales activity and establish clear performance expectations
• Coach representatives in prospecting, presentations, objection handling, and closing
• Work alongside your team in the field and lead by example
• Track team performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
• Help new representatives develop the skills needed to become consistent producers
• Maintain a positive, competitive, and professional team culture
• Communicate sales activity, market feedback, and team performance to leadership
• Assist with territory development and expansion as the team grows
• Follow all company policies, customer-protection requirements, and applicable sales regulations

What We’re Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Have previous experience in residential, direct sales, telecommunications, wireless, solar, roofing, or another performance-based sales environment
• Have leadership, coaching, or team-building experience
• Are comfortable recruiting and developing sales representatives
• Can communicate clearly and confidently with both customers and team members
• Are highly self-motivated and comfortable working toward measurable goals
• Lead by example rather than relying solely on your title
• Are organized, dependable, and professional
• Are comfortable working outdoors and engaging directly with homeowners
• Have reliable transportation and the ability to travel within your assigned territory

Management experience is preferred, but exceptional sales performers with demonstrated leadership ability are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Growth

The compensation structure is designed around performance and leadership responsibilities and may include

• Individual sales commissions
• Team/manager performance compensation
• Additional earning opportunities tied to team production
