We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused professional who can deliver exceptional service to our existing customers while confidently generating new business through outbound sales efforts. At Deidre Fresquez's State Farm Agency, we're looking for a motivated professional who enjoys building relationships and helping customers protect what matters most. In this role, you'll assist existing policyholders while actively growing the agency through lead follow-up, outbound prospecting, and cold calling. After training, you'll be responsible for achieving monthly new business sales goals and contributing to the agency's growth. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to existing policyholders. Build relationships by identifying additional insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage. Follow up on warm and new leads to generate new business. Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to develop new customer relationships. Meet monthly new business sales goals after completing training. Quote, sell, and service Auto, Home, Life, and other insurance products. Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions. Collaborate with the agency team to provide an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications Sales mindset with a passion for helping customers and achieving goals. Comfortable making outbound calls, prospecting, and cold calling. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities. Customer service experience preferred.
