Operations: Engagement Manager - ONSITE

Our client is a fast-growing AI-native consumer intelligence platform working with Fortune 500 brands including GAP, Boston Beer, and Harley-Davidson. They are seeking their first Engagement Manager to own post-close enterprise relationships, drive account growth, and build the engagement management practice from scratch.This is a high-ownership, client-facing role for a seasoned consultant who is ready to stop making recommendations that disappear into a void and start owning outcomes end-to-end. What You'll Do Get roped into accounts during the pilot period alongside Brand Account Managers, then own the full client relationship post-close Develop case studies that demonstrate how the platform translates consumer insight into actionable brand strategy Monitor product usage data via PostHog and analytics tools to diagnose adoption risks and drive activation Identify and execute expansion opportunities within accounts — growing from pilot teams to company-wide rollouts Build the EM practice and processes from scratch — if it doesn't exist yet, you're creating it Key Requirements 5–8 years in client-facing consulting or strategy serving consumer brands or retailers — CPG, food & bev, beauty, or retail MBB, Big 4, or boutique consumer firm background Has managed teams of analysts or consultants — led engagements with people reporting to them Experience building relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders at large brand organizations Experience with account expansion, renewals, or growing client relationships over time preferred Ability to translate consumer data and insights into actionable business strategy — not just reporting, but driving decisions Builder mentality — comfortable creating processes in an early-stage environment without direction Comfortable learning product analytics tools like PostHog to monitor usage and diagnose account health Degree demonstrating academic rigor and high performance #J-18808-Ljbffr Abhito Llc
