Classic Home Health Services is looking for an aggressive, motivated, and relationship-driven Home Health Account Executive / Healthcare Marketer to help grow our referral network and census across Central Florida.

Apopka Office – Orange & Seminole Counties
Leesburg Office – Lake, Sumter, Marion & Citrus Counties
Clearwater Office – Pinellas & Pasco Counties

THIS IS A GROWTH POSITION.

We're looking for someone who can open doors, build referral relationships, generate new business, and help grow our home health census.

This is a field-based business development position for someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting healthcare professionals, developing accounts, and creating opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and grow a designated Central Florida territory
• Generate new home health referrals and increase referral volume
• Establish relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, ALFs, rehabilitation facilities, case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
• Identify new referral opportunities and convert them into long-term accounts
• Conduct consistent face-to-face marketing and sales calls
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing referral sources
• Follow up consistently and provide exceptional service to referral partners
• Develop strategies to increase admissions and census
• Track marketing activity, referrals, and account development
• Attend networking events, healthcare meetings, community events, and professional functions
• Work closely with the clinical and intake teams to ensure a smooth referral process
• Take ownership of territory performance and business-development goals

Home health marketing experience is strongly preferred.

Existing relationships with healthcare referral sources are a major plus.
