Desired Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Arizona
• Previous experience in a school setting or pediatric OT strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to design and implement IEPs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with assistive technology and adaptive equipment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ abilities and develop targeted treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy services and consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Document and report on students’ progress, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary discussions, and provide staff/family education as needed
• Adapt and modify the learning environment to optimize student engagement and participation
