Water Mitigation & Restoration Crew Chief ($2500 Sign on Bonus )

Job Overview J. Blanton Plumbing is seeking an experienced Water Mitigation & Restoration Crew Chief to lead water damage mitigation and restoration projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing job sites, directing mitigation laborers, ensuring proper equipment setup, and delivering high-quality service to our customers. The ideal candidate has experience in the restoration industry, understands drying and mitigation processes, and can confidently lead a team while maintaining professionalism with homeowners. Responsibilities Lead 2+ Crew members on site and lead daily job-site activities and ensure work is completed to mitigation standards. Lead water damage mitigation projects from initial response through completion Direct and supervise mitigation technicians and laborers on job sites Strong knowledge of water mitigation and drying procedures. Experience with dry logs and scope sheet updates.
