You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water, Fire, Mold, Reconstruction jobs and more. Position Summary As a dependable Property Restoration Technician, you will perform hands‑on restoration, reconstruction, repair, and remodeling work to restore residential and commercial properties. Every day brings different work and the opportunity to help customers rebound from damage. What You’ll Own Perform assigned restoration, reconstruction, repair, and remediation work. Follow project scopes, safety procedures, and other processes. Complete demolition, mitigation, cleaning (contents, structural), carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, based on skills. Protect customer property and maintain clean, organized job sites. Inspect your work and address quality concerns before considering a task complete. Participate in emergency and after‑hours response when scheduled. What Success Looks Like Behavior is consistent with company values.
